I was asked for advice - no names, just reminiscent.
Sometimes you forget about it because you push it so far back.. But then one slight of the finger could pull the trigger and allow you to remember the things you chose to forget…
Love cannot prepare you for the obstacle you’re about to face—that’s what experience is for.
So I told him…
“A word of advice you might like to consider though.. When you follow your heart, you almost always experience the best happiness of your life… And sometimes the insufferable amounts of pain endured both to get there and because of it thereafter, well usually its worth it. But when you follow your brain… You usually get the overall best results… Sometimes it’s better to feel the pain, because even if the happiness is short lived…You’ll never forget how much loving her was worth it.”
